The amount must be paid in full before the vehicle is handed over.
Deposit
If the tenant can guarantee a perfect creditworthiness according to CRIF, no deposit is required. Should no creditworthiness be guaranteed, a deposit of Fr. 3'000.- will be due.

We have no kilometer limit!
Foreign countries
Unless specifically agreed, the use of the vehicle is only allowed in Switzerland.

Insurance
Third party, fully comprehensive or partial comprehensive insurance is included in the rental price. The deductible and other insurance conditions depend on the applicable insurance policy. The deductible is always at the expense of the renter.
In particular, are not insured and are to be paid in full by the tenant:
• Damage to the vehicle, rims and tires, engine and transmission damage, as well as mechanical and electronic damage;
• Damage etc. caused by improper driving (e.g. deactivating ESP);
• Accidents or damage caused by gross negligence (driving in rain, snowfall, icy roads, hail, driving too close, etc.);
• Damages in case of drunk driving (more than 0.0 per mille).
